Fulfillment & Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods:

• We work with a shipping agency to offer a variety of shipping methods to best suit your needs.

• Current Shipping rate is flat per item per our agreement with shipping agency

Order Processing Time:

• Current ship models are still under production, first batch fulfillment targeting late June 2025

• Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

• You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Destinations:

• We currently ship to the United States and internationally.

International Shipping:

• Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees.

• These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

• Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Order Tracking:   

• You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email 

Shipping Carriers:

• We use a variety of reputable shipping carriers, including [DHL, USPS, FedEx, UPS].

Shipping Address:

• Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order.

• We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.  

Returns:

• No returns are accepted at the moment, Sembo offer free replacement if there are defects products.
